Shipping policy

*Once your package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for the speed in which it arrives. If you think your package has been lost or stolen, it will need to be taken up with the Postal Service or the police.*


We 100% guarantee a full refund or replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect/defective/damaged product. If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item(s)  at sewciopath.ck@gmail.com along with your order number, proof of purchase and description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receiving your request, the team will email you further instructions on how to return an item including return address details. Once your return is received and inspected, they should be refunded within 7 days. Assuming there are no issues, you'll receive an email to confirm your refund/exchange as soon as this is processed!
